Pam has 30+ years in supply chain and operations working in industries across aerospace, surveillance, rail, battery technology & design. She has experience outsourcing manufacturing to China, USA, and South Korea, reducing in-house and transport costs, and building supply chain resilience.​ She has a BA Hons Degree in Business Management from Leeds University.
