Marti was co-founder of Riptide, a cloud-based building management software company based in California. She is focused on helping to drive the digital transformation of the building industry - as a way to drastically lower energy use and improve building operations. She was the Global Business leader for Cisco Systems’ Smart+Connected Building Group, and helped launch the original Mediator product as the Director of Marketing back in 2001. She has spent over 15 years in leadership roles in technology firms focused on the real estate and construction industry, and has helped many of the largest property owners in the world execute on their smart building strategies.
